To inform and equip believers to be sent into the harvest as Labourers, following the pattern of Jesus."Then He said to His disciples, 'The harvest truly is plentiful, but the labourers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers into his harvest.'" — Matthew 9:37-38
Our Mission
We are committed to raising a generation that will not only pray, but go.
Sonship & Spirit: Raise individuals who recognize their position as sons of God and followers of Jesus, building a true relationship with Jesus and fellowship with the Holy Spirit.
Training & Sending: Teach and help believers understand their place as labourers, providing them with the right resources needed to be sent effectively into the harvest field.
Passion for Souls: Raise a passionate generation devoted to saving souls, giving themselves fully to evangelism and discipleship.
In Matthew 9:35-38, Jesus didn’t only ask His disciples to pray for labourers. In verse 35, He showed us who a labourer is and what they do: Preaching, Teaching, and Healing.
So, the Labourers Community is commissioned by the Lord Jesus and committed to raising believers who are thoroughly equipped to be sent out — just like Jesus.

Intercession
Standing in the gap through consistent prayer for souls. The harvest begins on our knees.

Actively taking the gospel to the world and winning souls. We go where the people are.
Discipleship
Walking alongside believers to nurture and ground them in Christ. We don’t just win them, we build them.

Following Jesus’ example in Matthew 9:35:
Preach the Kingdom. Teach the Word. Heal the broken.
